Early Childhood Development
In Pre-K 3, Pre-K 4, and Kindergarten, children experience a hands-on, multi-sensory approach that provides the foundation for a lifelong love of learning. The early childhood development program also allows plenty of time for children to simply enjoy being children. Tea parties, outside play on backyard patios or their own playground, riding tricycles, easel painting, block building, playing dress up, or just coloring are all a part of life at St. Andrew’s, where a firm belief in learning as a process and not an end product makes school a fun-filled place to spend the day. Three rules govern our preschool students’ conduct in the classroom: be safe, be kind, and be polite.

Lower School • Grades 1-4
St. Andrew’s Lower School is a lively center for learning through the development of the whole child. The curriculum builds on skills introduced in pre-K and Kindergarten and uses an active, hands-on approach that makes learning exciting, fun, and contagious. A spirited, family-like atmosphere balances the academic, artistic, and social aspects of education, resulting in happy, self-confident students.
