Last year saw success for our children—building character, practicing good sportsmanship, learning life’s lessons, experiencing personal discipline, and staying physically fit. We are looking forward to the 2011-12 season of athletic programs and hope you will be a part. The St. Andrew’s Booster Club is committed in its support of all St. Andrew’s athletics, a vital part of student life. Your participation in the Booster Club will ensure the continuation of our athletic programs operating under the leadership of Athletic Director DeWayne Cupples and his excellent coaching staff. Here’s what you can do: Join the Booster Club (return membership form with your check) to show your support for our athletic programs; Participate in Saints Celebration on August 20 (return form); Let us know how you would like to volunteer by returning the volunteer form. Put these dates on your calendar: August 20 Saints Celebration at North Campus August 26 First home football game November (TBD) Annual Drawdown Party at the Sports Hall of Fame. 	General Information
	What does the Booster Club do? Supports over 40 athletic programs offered to our children (see list attached). Supports related groups and activities: Band Pep Squad Little Saints Basketball Lower School Intramural Basketball Cheerleaders Strength and Conditioning Program (grades 7-12) Enhances the athletic experiences of all our children in all grades. Over the past nine years the Booster Club has contributed over $650,000 to these programs and for improvements to facilities. Who plays sports at St. Andrew's? More than 65% of Middle and Upper School students participate in interscholastic sports. St. Andrew’s is this year’s State 3A All Sports Award Winner. St. Andrew’s has won the All Sports Award for 11 straight years and 16 out of the last 18 years. What are the benefits of joining the Booster Club?
