a) PAYCHECKS: Faculty and Administrative employees and substitutes are paid once a month on the last working day of the month. Checks will be distributed by 1:00 p.m. on that day. During the summer recess, paychecks will be mailed the day prior to the last working day. Direct Deposit to your checking or saving account is available. Complete the necessary forms available from the Business Office.
b) TIME SHEETS: All employees paid on an hourly basis except Maintenance personnel must keep and turn in monthly to the Business Office a time sheet which correctly records their actual hours worked. Forms of Time Sheets are available from the Business Office. Time Sheets must be submitted to the Business Office no later than four (4) business days before the last day of the month. For example, if the last day of the month is on Thursday, Time Sheets are due on Friday.
c) SUBSTITUTES: Substitutes are paid monthly on the last school day of the month at the rate of $60.00 per day (except in cases where they are substituting for one teacher for in excess of twenty-five (25) consecutive school days, in which case the rate is $120.00 per day). Substitute forms must be turned in to the Business Office through the division Head no later than four (4) business days before the last day of the month.
