Dear Friend,
You are invited to apply to exhibit your work at St. Andrew’s Episcopal School Presents: Arts on the Green on April 16-17, 2011. Join us around our beautiful Lake Sherwood Wise as we celebrate art, music, family and community. The two-day
festival, which is free to the public, will be held on the St. Andrew’s North Campus located at 370 Old Agency Road, Ridgeland, Mississippi. We will feature the event and our vendors on our website and will be promoting extensively through various
media outlets.
The entry fee is $100 ($150 after November 30, 2010), and all spaces are 10’x10’. Only tables and canopies are allowed in most spaces, and the use of any trailer or cart must be pre-approved. Vendors are required to provide their own 10’x10’ tent.
An exhibitor retreat area will be provided for break-time. Festival hours will be Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 12 noon to 5 p.m.
Please download and return the vendor application with payment and a photo of your booth. Acceptance will be determined on a first-come, first-serve basis. Booths must be pre-paid for by cash, money order, or check (no credit/debit payments are
accepted). A vendor packet outlining festival set-up, directions and event guidelines will be sent to you along with a letter of approval if your application is accepted. If your application is not accepted, it will be returned to you along with your check.
At St. Andrew’s Episcopal School, we strive to promote the academic, spiritual, moral, athletic and artistic development of all our students.
